House is accessed by driveway deeded over neighboring property. The property originally had 7 acres, but a non-conforming 3 acre lot was sold to the neighbor 08/18 with the ROW written into the deed. Driveway maintenance and plowing is the responsibility of the owners of 675 East Road. There are discrepancies on the exact lot size, depending on source. Tax assessors card says 4.0 acres, while another map indicates 3.62+- acres. Assessor's map information was used for the listing. Propane cost for 05/17 - 05/18 (Hot water, and heat, although they used their wood stove) was $1,661.73 Electricity for 07/17 - 06/19 was $988.80 Sellers used roughly 4 cords of wood each winter, but wood stove will be disconnected prior to closing. Exterior was sprayed on polyurethane foam, then a mixture of acrylic polymer, fiberglass fibers, and cement sprayed on top of that. There are several coats of paint. A layer of Gaco paint was added in 2013. The panels that make up the dome are formed of Pyrocrete. Sellers checked with manufacturer and found that the mix used contains between .05% and .09% (less than 1%) by weight asbestos as fire retardant. The sellers checked with Mark Barile who told them that was below the level in which he would need to be involved...less than asbestos pipes or floor tiles would be. Solar panels on garage roof no longer function. Solar water heater is in the basement.; not in use. Laundry hook up is in the basement. Kitchen floor is raised a step. According to seller, telephone is provided by Magna 5 (formerly Richmond Telephone Company) for $89 per month for landline and internet. Seller believes that the landline is through a conduit from the road. Seller used Amazon Prime for streaming Netflix, etc. Sellers had an antenna for digital signals for their flatscreen and said they got three local channels and three PBS channels from it.
